Laboratory Services
Since 1986, the EPMC
Laboratory has been
certified by the College of
American Pathologists (CAP).
Every two years the
laboratory goes through an
extensive survey to retain
accreditation. The 2001
survey was outstanding and
produced accreditation with
distinction.
The EPMC laboratory is a
member of the Frontline
Laboratory Network (FLN).
FLN is an alliance of
hospital-based laboratories
in Northern Colorado
committed to providing
customers with coordinated
access to high quality
laboratory services. FLN
chose Mayo Medical
Laboratories for those tests
that are difficult to
perform locally, or are
infrequently ordered. Mayo
Medical Laboratories’ test
menu complements that of our
in house service.
Laboratory hours are
8am-5pm Monday thru Friday
and 8am-Noon on Saturdays.
On-call personnel are
available for after hours
emergency and essential
inpatient testing.
